We are compliant with Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FIC), SARS and all other relevant regulatory bodies, General Code of Conduct and ongoing compliance with Fit and Proper principles.

We effectively employ internal controls to make sure that all applicable laws are complied with. Our quality control department (QA) ensures that we are kept abreast of all regulatory updates from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and other industry related news.
